2. No fixed place for the patients to get these investigations. Patients keep on changing the labs frequently. Patients usually carry all files whenever they meet their doctor, but patients tend to lose these records as all are in hard copies.

Missing out the trend of investigations can lead to fail to understand the progression of disease, miss a diagnosis completely, and repeat unnecessary investigations which is cost bearing.
