With the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) & data mapping functionality, all the content will be transmitted to system’s database. This report will be converted into .jason file using OCR and then the respective data will be mapped to generalize the da
With this App, Patients will be able to upload their medical reports in any format. With the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) & data mapping functionality, all the content will be transmitted to system’s database. This report will be converted into .jason file using OCR and then the respective data will be mapped to generalize the data. Patients can also allow access to doctors of their medical reports. Instead of relying on the hard-copy record keeping of the hospital, we make patients as the centre of healthcare.

About 21% of the elderly in India reportedly have at least one chronic disease. In this situation, it is most important to keep the investigations handy but very few individuals have any records of their health inves

In this situation, it is most important to keep the investigations handy but very few individuals have any records of their health investigations carried out before a couple of years.
2. No fixed place for the patients to get these investigations. Patients keep on changing the labs frequently. Patients usually carry all files whenever they meet their doctor, but patients tend to lose these records as all are in hard copies.
3.Doctors go through all records and chart them manually. But, there is a possibilities that either doctors or patients may misplaced certain reports.
Missing out the trend of investigations can lead to fail to understand the progression of disease, miss a diagnosis completely, and repeat unnecessary investigations which is cost bearing.

EMR (Electronic Medical Reports) is the solution but currently it is available to <1% of patients,. In most cases hospital based patients, scattered data and sharing not possible.
Now, EMRs are limited to some hospitals only and they do not incorporate any investigations carried out otside the hospital.
